Dear Steve Barnhill,

|

Please be advised that I am officially withdrawing my request for your tax preparation services for the 2025 tax year, effective immediately. This follows my unanswered inquiries on March 12 and March 17 regarding the status of my filing.
|
|
|
|
Pursuant to **Treasury Department Circular 230, Section 10.28**, I am formally requesting the prompt return and/or deletion of all "records of the client" that I have provided to you. This includes, but is not limited to, our W-2s, 1099s, mortgage interest statements, and all financial data related to A2EG LLC.
|
|
|
|
Please confirm in writing that all electronic copies of these documents have been deleted from your systems and that no further use of our personal information will occur.
|
|
|
|
We will be proceeding with an alternative firm for our 2025 filing.
|
|
|
|
