## Source status

- User supplied the title page and all **11 story beats** across six photographed story pages/spreads; several photos contain two facing pages.

- The source sequence is now fully established, including the City Mouse's trip to visit the Country Mouse, the Country Mouse's welcome, the simple meal, the city visit, the dogs, and the peaceful ending.

## What the visible pages establish

1. City Mouse travels to visit Country Mouse.

4. They travel to the city, arrive late at night, and find a feast of leftovers.

||
5. They begin to eat, hear growling, and then two large dogs burst in; both mice flee.
