## Source and dating note

The two “Understanding the purpose of EATC” PDFs contain recording titles dated February 6 and February 20, 2021, while their generated summaries list August 26, 2026 as a meeting date. The recording-title dates are used as the meeting dates here; August 26, 2026 is retained as the apparent transcription/generated date rather than treated as the meeting date.
