    - Created a `repo-sync` skill that auto-pushes changes to `IDENTITY.md`, `USER.md`, `SOUL.md`, and `MEMORY.md`.

    - **macOS Mail:** Can fetch recent emails and send summaries (Applescript).
    - **macOS Calendar:** Can list upcoming events (Applescript).
