Source status
- User supplied the title page and all 11 story beats across six photographed story pages/spreads; several photos contain two facing pages.
- The source sequence is now fully established, including the City Mouse's trip to visit the Country Mouse, the Country Mouse's welcome, the simple meal, the city visit, the dogs, and the peaceful ending.
- This note is a private production reference for an original, child-friendly device adaptation. It is not a reproduction of the physical book.

Main characters
- City Mouse: Comfortable in the city, fond of fancy food and city life; wears a blue coat in the source illustrations.
