# EMIC Florida Board Minutes — Chronological History 2024-2026

Captured from email history review on 2026-07-23. Minutes attachments themselves are not fully visible in email search, but email summaries give us clear breadcrumbs.

## 1) October 31, 2024 — Early Board of Directors Meeting

- Email from Jibran Oliveros indicates minutes were attached from meeting held that day.
- Follow-up discussion focused on:
  - Bank account setup
  - Board members
  - Bylaws
- Explicitly states minutes from meeting were attached.

## 2) November 2, 2024 — Documentation Follow-Up

- A few days later, Jibran reported banks required supporting documentation to open church bank account.
- He attached minutes from two previous meetings and requested they be transcribed into proper format.
- **Implication:** At least two board meetings had already occurred by November 2024.

## 3) Prior Board Meeting Before April 5, 2025 — Approvals

In prep for EMIC Florida Board Meeting — April 5, 2025 at 8:30 AM, previous meeting's approvals were summarized as:

- Approval of the consolidated bylaws
- Approval of the 2025 budget
- Approval of new board members:
  - Fady Boulos
  - Carmen Boney
- Upcoming SOP discussions
- Compliance / red-flag review items

These are currently the clearest record of decisions made during a previous board meeting.

## 4) April 5, 2025 Board Meeting

- Email titled "Meeting minutes" was sent by Jibran Oliveros and included minutes attachment. Attachment not visible in available results, so cannot verify detailed decisions/action items.
- From invitation agenda before meeting:
  - Welcome of new board members
  - Q1 budget performance review
  - Financial review and adjustments discussion
- Note: Those were agenda items, not confirmed outcomes.

## 5) May 18, 2026 Board Meeting

- Jibran Oliveros distributed minutes immediately following meeting and attached official record. Attachment contents not visible.
- Email thread clues about topics:
  - Financial reports were reviewed
  - QuickBooks monthly reporting procedures were discussed
  - Plan established for monthly financial reports to be distributed on the 15th of each month (per David Hewitt response)
