+
+This document outlines the photography requirements and coordination plan for the event in Nairobi.
+
+## 📋 Objectives
+Capture comprehensive visual records of the delegations, leaders, and ordained individuals for EMI archives and future use.
+
+## 📸 Key Photo Requirements
+- **Delegations**: Each delegation must have a group picture with their respective national flag.
+- **Ordinations**: Individual pictures of every person being ordained.
+- **Leadership**:
+    - Leaders and their wives.
+    - Individual portraits of leaders.
+- **Teams**: Group pictures of the various teams (Worship, AV, Media, etc.).
+- **Registration**: Candid and group pictures at the registration table.
+- **Specific Individual**: Ensure a picture is taken of **Lady Mama Guitongy** (verify name spelling on-site).

+## 🗓️ Scheduling
+- **Flexibility**: Photos do not all need to be taken on the same day. Mark to coordinate the best timing for each group/individual session throughout the week.
+- **Event Flow**: Coordinate with the main schedule to ensure minimal disruption to sessions.
