+
+## Original Plan (from group conversation 2026-07-14 / brainstormed 2026-07-24)
+- 11:00 AM pickup mom at FLL.
+- Hollywood Florida day: 3 adults, 2 children (Grace 5? Actually 5-8 range - Grace 5, Elias 8-ish).
+- Lunch options: Sahara International Pizza (Lebanese, quieter AC) OR LandShark Bar & Grill (Margaritaville, ocean view, family-friendly, easier logistics) OR similar Le Tub Saloon.
+- After lunch: walk Hollywood beach boardwalk (2.5 miles, but do short segment Garfield -> Bandshell -> Margaritaville).
+- Then beach or park: Google recommended Charnow Park (north end, small playground, calmer beach). Better upgrade: ArtsPark at Young Circle (shaded playground + FREE splash pad) OR Harry Berry Park (newer playground shade).
+- Water parks close by: Top pick Castaway Island at T.Y. Park (Topeekeegee Yugnee) in Hollywood - 5 min boardwalk, 20 min FLL, cheap county park, lazy river, kid slides. 2nd Paradise Cove at C.B. Smith Park (Pembroke Pines). 3rd Tidal Cove Waterpark at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry (Aventura, expensive day pass $50-70).

+## Why it wasn't calendared
+- Group conversation on July 14/24 was treated as brainstorming advice. Assistant asked "Want me to save...?" but did not create Family calendar events. Family brain had no auto-rule to calendar group fun plans.
+- User called out July 25 that it should have been on calendar.
+- Action: Created ICS fallbacks 2026-07-25 and journaled. Mac mini calendar bridge was down (192.168.68.102:7331 connection refused) when retrying, so ICS files generated.
