+# Kids Daily Routine Device

+## Concept
+Use a kids device/screen, controlled by Hermes, to guide Grace/Reign and Elias through daily routines with low-friction visual prompts and summaries.
+
+## Morning routine flow
+- **7:00 AM**: screen turns on at **low brightness** via a Morning Routine app.
+- Show **one screen per child** — Grace/Reign and Elias.
+- Include a **day tracker** and shared/global routine or prayer/undertaking time on the device.
+- Routine checklist items:
+  - Make the bed.
+  - Change out of pajamas and put them away.
+  - Brush teeth.
+  - Pray to thank God for the day.
+  - Say good morning to parents.
+- **9:00 AM**: morning routine is removed and the **day schedule** is shown.
+- Around the same time, record/save a **daily summary**.
+
+## Notes / open questions
+- Confirm whether Grace/Reign means one profile or Grace’s “Reign” royal name/persona.
+- Confirm whether the first device target is iPhone6 screen, Tactility/KidsOS board, or another dedicated display.
+- Keep this as conversational/family automation context only; do not trigger device coding work unless Adolfo asks.
