Local assignments remain meaningful; they become part of the larger vision rather than competing with it.
Not “Who else will do it?”
But “What can we carry?”
The mandate belongs to a company of people. Each person has an assignment; together, the family takes responsibility.
Is the family advancing—and is the vision continuing as a family vision?
Kingdom culture

The mission is more than a preached message. The family serves through the real gifts and resources God has placed among its people.

Stay committed. Equip local people. Develop roots and resources that can keep growing after the first team leaves.
